FOOD: The Pongo Fund welcomes donation of quality dog and cat food, both wet and dry. And we use a lot of it, providing millions of healthy meals each year to keep hungry family pets well fed when their own families are unable to do so. And unlike other pet food banks, we use only high quality food because we strongly believe the animals deserve that. Some of our preferred brands include Canidae, Nulo, Natural Balance, Petcurean, Farmina, Weruva, Lotus, K9 Naturals, Taste of the Wild, Zignature, Stella & Chewy’s, Pinnacle, Earthborn and Costco brands Nature’s Domain and Kirkland Select and many more.

Please note that per health and safety guidelines, food donated to The Pongo Fund must be unopened and unexpired.

KENNELS, TOYS, BOWLS, ETC: We can use hygienically clean kennels, new and unused toys, metal food bowls and certain other supplies. Please call or email to let us know what you have.

GIFT CARDS: We welcome gift cards to Costco, Chewy, Petsmart, Fred Meyer and others, and also gas cards. We do not use Petco gift cards.

WE CANNOT USE fresh, frozen or refrigerated food, and at this time we do not need medications nor prescription food. Currently, we are not in need of collars, harnesses, leashes, towels or blankets.

UNUSED MEDICATION: At this time we do not need medication.

PRESCRIPTION FOOD: At this time we do not need prescription food.
